e-Sourcing means, the web-based electronic system used by the council to hold data on contracts and grant funding, undertake Quotations, Tenders and e-auctions and known as ‘Suffolk Sourcing’;
e-Sourcing means an acquisition process utilizing the Internet to conduct a competitive solicitation, generally relying on a hosted web application.
