E-record definition

E-record means a record on appeal that has been prepared, assembled, and filed with the clerk of an appellate court in an electronic format as prescribed in this rule.
E-record means legible electronic copies of the Superior Court’s certified docket entries, the order or judgment appealed from, the portions of any transcripts ordered by the parties and filed by the reporter pursuant to Rule 10(b), and any other portions of the record on appeal that have been prepared, assembled, and e-filed with the Clerk of the Supreme Court by the Clerk of the Superior Court in an electronic format as prescribed in these Rules.
