E-Rail and "Chartwell," collectively referred to herein as the "Company") and Christopher Davino (the "Employee"), agree as follows, as of the 1▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, 2005:

Examples of E-Rail in a sentence

  • The foregoing provisions of this Section 6 shall not apply to any capital improvement (including, but not limited to, a transloading facility or automotive ramp) within an Operator's Facility or the current CRC developable property encompassing current CRC Elizabethport Yard (Trumbull Street Yard) or the CRC developable property east of current CRC's Chemical Coast Secondary and adjacent to the E-Rail intermodal facility (northern New Jersey).

  • The Employee's employment as President of E-Rail and as an employee of the Company was terminated, effective the end of the workday, December 1, 2005 ("Termination Date").

  • Notwithstanding the transactions contemplated in this Agreement and any provision herein to the contrary, the Buyer shall assume the Commercial Lease Agreement by and between Groffre Investments and E-Rail Logistics, Inc., a predecessor to HLI dated as of October 31, 2004 upon receipt of the necessary permits from the Department of Health.

  • The Company will send a reminder of E-Rail Badge reauthorization within 30 days of their E-Rail Badge expiration.

  • The Employee shall cease functioning in the position of Chief Operating Officer for E-Rail and shall cease to be an employee for E-Rail in any capacity, effective on the Termination Date.

  • The Employee shall cease functioning in the position of Chief Executive Officer for E-Rail, Interim Chief Executive Officer for Cranberry Creek Railroad, Inc., and shall cease to be an employee and director for E-Rail or the Company and the Company’s affiliates in any and all capacity, effective on the Termination Date.
