E & O INSURANCE. Grantor shall maintain in force a Broadcaster's Errors and Omissions insurance policy (the "Policy") Insurance with limits of U.S.$5 Million naming CBS/FOX as an additional insured with a term of at least one (1) year commencing upon the date of initial home video release in the Territory; provided, however, that: (i) Grantor hereby acknowledges and agrees that said Policy shall be kept in full force and effect for at least the first three (3) years of the Term and that Grantor shall furnish CBS/FOX with copies of annual policy renewals; (ii) Grantor shall have the right to self-insure with respect to the terms and conditions customarily included in Producer's Errors and Omissions insurance policies; and (iii) CBS/FOX expressly acknowledges and agrees that the foregoing insurance is applicable to the Program in the form delivered to CBS/FOX.
