e-licence definition

e-licence means a licence that exist in an electronic format which may be transmitted electronically or printed to paper;
e-licence means a licence granted under Chapter VI;
e-licence means a component of a licence to hunt small game that is obtained by the holder through the Ministry website;

Related to e-licence

  • licence means a licence granted under this Act;

  • the Licence means the Instrument of Appointment by the Secretary of State for the Environment of Severn Trent Water Limited as a Water and Sewerage Undertaker under the Water Act 1989;

  • Supply Licence means the licence granted to us under section 6(1)(d) of the Act;

  • exclusive licence means a licence from the proprietor of or applicant for a patent conferring on the licensee, or on him and persons authorised by him, to the exclusion of all other persons (including the proprietor or applicant), any right in respect of the invention to which the patent or application relates, and “exclusive licensee” and “non-exclusive licence” shall be construed accordingly;

  • Site License means for each product, the term “Site License” shall mean the license established upon acquisition of the applicable number of copies of such product and payment of the applicable license fees as set forth in the Statement of Work.
