E-Cert means the administration of export certificates and eligibility documents for the export supply chain of agricultural products (including but not limited to fruit and fruit products);

  • Charges are based on Authorised Use obtained, which is specified in the ECert.

  • If the Program does not function as warranted during the Warranty Period and the problem cannot be resolved with information available, LICENSEE may return the Program and its ECert to BPD and receive a refund of the amount LICENSEE paid.
