  • Any annual cash incentive award shall be paid after the end of the fiscal year to which it relates, at the same time and under the same terms and conditions as the annual cash incentive awards for other executives of the Company and subject to the terms of the Dynex Incentive Plan, including requirements as to continued employment, subject to the provisions of Sections 7(d)(i)(C) and 7(d)(ii)(C) below.
