Dynamic Services. DYNAMIC People Skilled People. With People Skills.", "DYNAMIC Temporary Services, Inc.", and all other trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos, designs, slogans and other such marks now or hereafter used by DYNAMIC, either alone or in conjunction with other words or phrases, to identify the DYNAMIC System and Temporary Help Service Businesses operated, licensed and franchised by DYNAMIC.

Examples of Dynamic Services in a sentence

  • Contractor acknowledges access to Confidential Information and a position of trust and confidence with GDS-Global Dynamic Services LLC.

  • Nothing in this Agreement creates an employer-employee, joint-venture, or partnership relationship between GDS-Global Dynamic Services LLC and Contractor.

  • GDS-Global Dynamic Services LLC is not responsible for withholding or paying any income, payroll, Social Security or other federal, state, or local taxes; making any insurance contributions, including unemployment or disability; or obtaining workers’ compensation insurance on Contractor’s behalf.

  • GDS-Global Dynamic Services LLC bears all expenses involved in prosecuting the patent applications it wants to file.

  • Contractor shall promptly disclose to GDS-Global Dynamic Services LLC all Intellectual Property that Contractor may conceive, discover, or make during the Term of this Agreement resulting from the Services performed under this Agreement.

  • GDS-Global Dynamic Services LLC must be listed as additional insured under each commercial general liability policy, and Contractor shall forward a certificate of insurance verifying the insurance upon GDS-Global Dynamic Services LLC’s written request.

Related to Dynamic Services

  • Genetic services means a genetic test, genetic counseling (including obtaining, interpreting, or assessing genetic information), or genetic education.

  • Network Services means the equipment, software, and services necessary to transmit voice, data, or video.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Beta Services means Our services that are not generally available to customers.

  • Basic Services means the services set forth in Exhibit A. The Consultant must perform the Basic Services to the Director’s satisfaction.
