In the event that R/C Dynamic Holdings and R/C Direct do not respond to a request to approve a Transfer pursuant to the immediately preceding sentence within ten (10) Business Days of receipt of a written request delivered in accordance with Section 7(f), R/C Dynamic Holdings and R/C Direct shall be deemed to have approved such Transfer on the terms set forth in such written request.
