DYC Facility definition
DYC Facility means the Allied Domecq Group site at Palazuelos in the municipality of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ in Spain which is determined to be a FB Facility (as that term is defined in the Framework Agreement) and at which DYC Spanish Whisky, DYC 8 Spanish Whisky and Doble V Spanish Whisky is produced and/or bottled at the Effective Date;
