Dyad definition

Dyad means two individuals in a caregiver/care receiver relationship.
Dyad means Expert Services provided by a Zintro-Sourced Expert that usually are delivered over voice or video call (either direct-dial or on a telephone bridge provided by the Client or Zintro) with a duration of 60 minutes or less but occasionally longer.
Dyad means an unpaid caregiver and care receiver pair. All MAC enrollees will be in dyads. TSOA enrollees may be dyads or individuals without unpaid caregivers.

  • Except as set forth in the Disclosure Schedules, at January 1, 1997, Dyad had no material liabilities or obligations of any nature, whether absolute, accrued, contingent or otherwise, and whether due or to become due.

  • Dyad hereby grants Phoenix the exclusive right to market, sell and license the Products to Phoenix Customers, and the non-exclusive right to market the Products to potential Phoenix Customers and to market, license and sell the Products to persons who originate loans or mortgages on behalf of Phoenix' Customers, including by way of example car dealers, furniture retailers, and real estate agents.

  • Upon completion, those parts of the interface which are separable from the Software and the Phoenix Software shall be jointly owned by Phoenix and Dyad.
