  • In addition, if the executive is or becomes an executive officer subject to the incentive compensation repayment requirements of the Dxxx-Fxxxx Xxxx Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act (the “Dxxx-Xxxxx Act”), then if required by the Dxxx-Xxxxx Act or any of its regulations he will enter into an amendment to this Agreement or a separate written agreement with the Company to comply with the Dxxx-Xxxxx Act and any of its regulations.
