DXC definition

DXC means DXC Technology Company, a Nevada corporation.
DXC means DXC Technology Company (f/k/a Everett SpinCo, Inc.) or any successor corporation or other entity.
DXC means the DXC entity specified in the Customer Contract; and

  • Acceptance shall be when DXC deems the Products and/or Services to meet its specified criteria (“Acceptance”).

  • Any prompt payment discount will be calculated from the date a conforming invoice is received by DXC.

  • If the use of any Products or Services is enjoined (collectively, “Infringing Products”), Supplier shall at its expense procure the right for DXC to continue using or receiving the Infringing Products.

  • If only a portion of Products and/or Services is available for shipment or performance to meet the Delivery Date, Supplier shall promptly notify DXC and proceed unless otherwise directed by DXC.
