  • DWL Group will undertake the necessary efforts to mitigate the various business risks identified.

  • The Agreement will enable DWL Group to gain access to the Completed Development Lands in Melaka, representing an optimistic and a timely opportunity for the Group as an investment in terms of its future capital appreciation potential and/or the Group’s strategy to further extend into development sector, in particular land development in strategic locations with strong growth potential, easy accessibility and ready amenities and infrastructure for greater sustainability to future earnings.

  • These shall improve the cash flow position of DWL Group and reduce DWL Group’s dependence on bank borrowings.

  • In the event of the Lessee/Buyer fails to settle the Purchase Price, the Purchase may be delayed or terminated, and DWL Group will not be able to meet its objective as stated in item 6 above.
