Dwelling unit/residence definition
Dwelling unit/residence means any building or portion thereof, which is designed for or used for residential purposes. The word "dwelling" shall not include hotels, motels, owner occupied housing, rooming houses or other structures used for transient residence, but shall include dwelling units under a written or unwritten lease or agreement.
