Dwelling unit/multiplex definition
Dwelling unit/multiplex means an attached dwelling that may be single family or multi-family. All units may have independent outside access but this is not necessary.

Dwelling unit means a room or suite of rooms used, or designed or intended for use by one person or persons living together, in which culinary and sanitary facilities are provided for the exclusive use of such person or persons;

Multiple Dwelling means a building containing three or more dwelling units.
Generating Unit means one or more generating equipment combinations typically consisting of prime mover(s), electric generator(s), electric transformer(s), steam generator(s) and air emission control devices.
