dwelling accommodation definition
dwelling accommodation means a building or portion thereof which contains a set or a suite of rooms to be used as a residence for one or more persons, and which is a secondary or subordinate use to the principal use of the site. Included in this category are living accommodations for the operators of such facilities or uses as hotels and motels and similar developments as determined by the Development Authority.
