DVF transaction means a transaction for the transfer of approved Securities under the PRISM without movement of funds from recipient of securities, whether for consideration or otherwise.
DVF transaction means a transaction for the transfer of Government Securities under the PRISM, whether for consideration or otherwise, and is free of payment under the PRISM.
