DUS Mortgage Loan definition

DUS Mortgage Loan means a loan originated by the Company under ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mae’s Multifamily Delegated Underwriting and Servicing program (the “DUS Program”), secured by a first lien (or subordinate lien, if the loan qualifies as a ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ Supplemental Loan under the DUS Program) on real property: (A) which is improved by a completed multi-family residential structure or structures located in the United States or the District of Columbia, (B) which is evidenced by a Mortgage Note dated not more than five (5) days prior to the delivery of possession to the Collateral Agent, (C) as to which the representations and warranties relating to Mortgage Loans set forth in this Agreement are true and correct, and (D) which is subject to and covered by a Commitment.
