The terms and provisions of the DURSA remain in full force and effect in all respects.
From the date hereof, the New Participant shall be a “Participant” as that term is defined in the DURSA and shall be subject to all of the duties and obligations and entitled to the rights and benefits of a “Participant” as provided therein.
