Durational adjustment definition

Durational adjustment means a deferral of the prior round or projected growth share obligation based on lack of infrastructure pursuant to N.J.A.C. 5:97-5.4.
Durational adjustment means a deferral of the municipal low and moderate income housing obligation based on the lack of infrastructure pursuant to N.J.S.A. 52:27D-307(c)(2) and N.J.A.C. 5:93-4.

  • Final Adjustment has the meaning set forth in Section 10.3.B(2) hereof.

  • ▇▇▇▇▇ Adjustment means, with respect to ▇▇▇▇▇, 0.0326% per annum.
