DUPLEX HOUSE definition

DUPLEX HOUSE means any building used or designed to be used by two families.
DUPLEX HOUSE or "Double House" means any building consisting of two dwelling units with a common wall, located side by side or one above the other.
DUPLEX HOUSE or "Double House" shall mean any building used or designed to be used by two families. (BYLAW 3846)
