Duos Certificate means the Certificate of Incorporation of Duos, as amended, as in effect on the Closing Date.
Class S Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed and authenticated by the Certificate Administrator or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-22 hereto and evidencing an undivided beneficial interest in the Class S Specific Grantor Trust Assets. The Class S Certificates have no Pass-Through Rate, Certificate Balance or Notional Amount.
Class ___ Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed and authenticated by the Trustee or the Authenticating Agent on behalf of the Depositor in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit ____ hereto.
Class A-S Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed and authenticated by the Certificate Administrator or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-8 hereto.
WREGIS Certificate or “Certificate” means “Certificate” as defined by the WREGIS Operating Rules.
Regulation S Certificate means a certificate substantially in the form of Exhibit E hereto.
Payment Certificate means a payment certificate issued under Clause 14 [Contract Price and Payment].
Class K Certificate means any of the Certificates with a "Class K" designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-4 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of "regular interests" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
Securities Certificate means any one of the Common Securities Certificates or the Preferred Securities Certificates.
Preferred Securities Certificate means a certificate evidencing ownership of Preferred Securities, substantially in the form attached as Exhibit C.
Notional Certificate Any Class A-IO Certificate.
Supplemental Certificate shall have the meaning specified in Section 6.03.
Capital Securities Certificate means a certificate evidencing ownership of Capital Securities, substantially in the form attached as Exhibit C.
Physical Certificate As specified in the Preliminary Statement.
Class SB Certificate Any one of the Certificates designated as a Class SB Certificate. Class X Certificate: Any one of the Certificates designated as a Class X Certificate.
Final Certificate in relation to the work shall mean the certificate regarding the satisfactory compliance, performance and fulfillment of all Contractual Obligations as issued by the Head of SBU & PC – Rock Phosphate.
Buyer Certificate means a certificate to the effect that each of the conditions specified in clauses (a) through (c) (insofar as clause (c) relates to Legal Proceedings involving the Buyer) of Section 5.2 is satisfied in all respects.
medical certificate means a certificate signed by a medical practitioner.
Restricted Securities Certificate means a certificate substantially in the form set forth in Annex A.
Final Payment Certificate means the payment certificate issued under Sub-Clause 14.13 [Issue of Final Payment Certificate].
Secretary’s Certificate has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(a)(vi).
Common Securities Certificate means a certificate evidencing ownership of Common Securities, substantially in the form attached as Exhibit B.
Class J Certificate means any one of the Certificates with a "Class J" designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-4 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of "regular interests" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
Non-Book-Entry Certificate Any Certificate other than a Book-Entry Certificate.
Investor Certificate means any one of the certificates (including, without limitation, the Bearer Certificates, the Registered Certificates or the Global Certificates) issued by the Trust, executed by the Transferor and authenticated by the Trustee substantially in the form (or forms in the case of a Series with multiple Classes) of the investor certificate attached to the related Supplement.
Book-Entry Preferred Securities Certificates means a beneficial interest in the Preferred Securities Certificates, ownership and transfers of which shall be made through book entries by a Clearing Agency as described in Section 5.11.
Class L Certificate means any of the Certificates with a "Class L" designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-4 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of "regular interests" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
