Duly Authorised Agent’ definition
Duly Authorised Agent’ means any person carrying the Company’s identification and authorised by the Company to carry out any of its activities;
Duly Authorised Agent’ means a registered firm or company duly registered in India.
Duly Authorised Agent’ means any person authorised in writing to represent the signatory in land disputes but does not include an advocate; and
