If Trainee fails to meet one or more of these requirements, DUHS may, in its discretion, revoke the Agreement, suspend the Agreement, alter or extend the Agreement’s Term, or allow Trainee to commence work subject to conditions DUHS may establish to comply with governing laws and protect patient safety and the public interest.
