Dues Certificate definition

Dues Certificate means the certificate to be submitted by the Bidder as mentioned in Annexure 5B;

Examples of Dues Certificate in a sentence

  • The Allottee hereby agree that he/she/they shall take No Dues Certificate from the Promoter / maintenance agency / Association Of Allottees before any sale/transfer of the said apartment to any third party.

  • The Allottee(s) shall not assign, transfer, lease, sell, alienate, gift or part with possession of the said Unit, without taking 'No Dues Certificate' from Promoter and/or the Maintenance Agency regarding the maintenance charges payable for the Services.

  • Further, Security Deposit of the Bidder will be refunded on successful completion of the contract and within one month of submission of No Dues Certificate (NDC).

  • No Dues Certificate will not be issued unless all the statutory payments to contract labour including retrenchment benefits, gratuity etc.

  • The Purchaser(s) shall not assign, transfer, lease, sell, alienate, gift or part with possession of the said Premises, without taking 'No Dues Certificate' from THDCL and/or the Maintenance Agency regarding the maintenance charges payable for the Services.

  • In case of any amount (including maintenance charges) being due and payable by the Allottee to the Promoter and/or the Maintenance In- Charge, the Allottee shall not be entitled to let out, transfer or part with possession of the said Unit till the time the same are fully paid and No Dues Certificate is obtained from the Promoter and/or the Maintenance In-Charge, as applicable.
