Due Diligence Agent definition

Due Diligence Agent means Ernst & Young LLP, in its capacity as due diligence agent for the Buyer in connection with the transactions contemplated herein or in its capacity as independent accountant for purposes of Section 2.3(d)(iii).
Due Diligence Agent means Intermoney Titulización, SGFT, S.A.; "" means Issuer Solutions S.L.;
