  • Subject to Applicable Laws, if the Due Balance due to us by you is greater than the Due balance due to you, the Termination Amount shall be payable by you to us; and if the Due Balance due to you by us is greater than the Due balance due to us, the Termination Amount shall be payable by us to you.
