Dual Tranche Lender definition
Dual Tranche Lender means any Lender under one Tranche (x) which is also a Lender under the other Tranche (the “Second Tranche”); or (y) where any Affiliate or branch of that Lender is a Lender under the Second Tranche and “Dual Tranche Lender Group” means in the case of (x), such Lender
