Dual Message definition
Dual Message means the method of processing a payment transaction using a Card pursuant to which two (2) separate messages are sent with respect to the payment transaction, the first of which such messages authorizes the applicable transaction for up to an initial amount and the second of which such messages clears the applicable transaction for a final amount.
