Dual Access definition

Dual Access means access to nuclear weapons, nuclear material, or nuclear facilities that requires authorization of a State Party and another State Party or the Agency.
Dual Access means that there is totally diverse routing from the Customer CPE router(s) at a Location to the Orange backbone so that there is no single point of failure.
Dual Access means that the Service at a Location has two Access Circuits that connect the CE Router(s) (in the case of Orange-Managed Router) or the Customer Router(s) (in the case of Customer-managed CE Router) to two PE Routers.

  • For clarity the Site Availability Service Levels for Locations with Dual Access only apply if both Access Circuits are provided by Orange.

More Definitions of Dual Access

Dual Access means that there are diverse Access Circuits utilized from the Orange CE Router(s) at a Location to two different PE Routers in Orange POP(s).
Dual Access means two access circuits, including Wireless, regardless of whether being provided by GTT or the Client, connecting a Client Site without being Fully Diverse, as defined in Section 1.20 below.
Dual Access means t that a Location has dual CPE switch(es), dual Tail Circuits, and dual Nodes.
