DU Refi Plus definition

DU Refi Plus means the Xxxxxx Xxx DU Refi Plus program.
DU Refi Plus means the Xxxxxx Xxx DU Refi Plus program. “Due Date” shall mean the day of the month on which the Monthly Payment is due on a Mortgage Loan, exclusive of any days of grace. “Due Diligence Documents” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 20 hereof. “Early Opt-in Election” shall mean the occurrence of: (1) a determination by Buyer that at least three currently outstanding U.S. dollar- denominated syndicated or bilateral credit facilities at such time contain (as a result of amendment or as originally executed) as a benchmark interest rate, in lieu of the LIBOR Rate, a new benchmark interest rate to replace the LIBOR Rate, and (2) the election by Buyer to declare that an Early Opt-in Election has occurred and the provision by Buyer of written notice of such election to Seller. “Effective Date” shall mean the date upon which the conditions precedent set forth in Section 3(a) shall have been satisfied. “Electronic Agent” shall mean MERSCORP Holdings, Inc., or its successor in interest or assigns. “Electronic Record” shall mean, as the context requires, (i) “Record” and “Electronic Record,” both as defined in E-Sign, and shall include but not be limited to, recorded telephone conversations, fax copies or electronic transmissions, and (ii) with respect to an eMortgage Loan, the related eNote and all other documents comprising the Mortgage File electronically created and that are stored in an electronic format, if any. 9

  • Front fog lamp means the lamp used to improve the illumination of the road in case of fog, snowfall, rainstorms or dust clouds;

  • Double check valve assembly means an assembly composed of two single, independently acting, check valves including tightly closing shutoff valves located at each end of the assembly and suitable connections for testing the water tightness of each check valve.

  • EMMA means the Electronic Municipal Market Access system as described in 1934 Act Release No. 59062 and maintained by the MSRB for purposes of the Rule.

  • CC means the Conditions of Contract.

  • ri-pBD means, in relation to any Interest Accrual Period, the applicable Reference Rate as set out in the definition of "r" above for, where "Lag" is specified as the Observation Method in the applicable Final Terms, the Business Day (being a Business Day falling in the relevant Observation Period) falling "p" Business Days prior to the relevant Business Day "i" or, where "Lock-out" or "Observation Shift" is specified as the Observation Method in the applicable Final Terms, the relevant Business Day "i";

  • Kerma or "K" means the quantity defined by the International Commission on Radiation Units and Measurements. The kerma is the quotient of dEtr by dm, where dEtr is the sum of the initial kinetic energies of all charged particles liberated by uncharged particles in a mass dm of materials; thus K=dEtr/dm, in units of J/kg, where the special name for the units of kerma is gray (Gy). When the materials is air, the quantity is referred to as "air kerma."

  • LOCKHEED XXXXXX means LOCKHEED XXXXXX CORPORATION, acting through its companies or business units as identified on the face of this Contract. If a subsidiary or affiliate of LOCKHEED XXXXXX CORPORATION is identified on the face of this Contract, then "LOCKHEED XXXXXX" means that subsidiary or affiliate.
