DTTL definition

DTTL means Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited, a UK private company limited by guarantee;
DTTL means Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited, a UK private company limited by guarantee, its network of member firms, and their related entities.   • Seller Parent has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • NSDL means the National Securities Depository Ltd.
