The Government of India (GOI) has established Defence Testing Infrastructure Scheme (DTIS or the “Scheme”) with an aim to promote setting up of Defence Testing Infrastructure (DTI) across various identified domains, required for Aerospace & Defence (A&D) related production, by providing financial assistance to various implementation agencies in the form of grant-in-aid.
