DTI Registered IP definition
DTI Registered IP means all DTI IP Rights that are registered, filed or issued under the authority of, with or by any Governmental Body, including all patents, registered copyrights and registered trademarks and all applications for any of the foregoing.

Part 2.9(g)(iii) of the DTI Disclosure Schedule accurately identifies and describes each action, filing, and payment that must, to DTI's Knowledge, be taken or made on or before the date that is 90 days after the Closing Date in order to maintain such item of DTI Registered IP in full force and effect.
