DTH Guidelines definition

DTH Guidelines means Guidelines for Obtaining License for Providing Direct-To-Home (DTH) Broadcasting Service in India issued by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India on March 15, 2001, as amended form time to time.
DTH Guidelines means the guidelines in force issued by the governmental authority for DTH broadcasting services or such other rules, regulation, direction/clarification applicable to DTH Service Provider, as amended, modified or re-issued from time to time
