Please note that we are required by law to surrender balances held in your dormant DTB Digital Account to the unclaimed financial assets authority (UFAA).
This means that you are unable to use the DTB Digital Account or access any credit balance in your DTB Digital Account until you have contacted us and claimed the dormant balance.
The Bank may nevertheless refuse to carry out any requests which would result in there being an overdraft on your DTB Digital Account.
