DT Representative means any of the Chief Executive Officer or the Chief Financial Officer of DT or any other person authorised by the Chief Executive Officer of DT.

Examples of DT Representative in a sentence

  • The DT Representative Director shall not be a member of the Conflicted Matters Committee.

  • Within one (1) Business Day from receipt of the second DT Notice, the HR Representative should send a HR Notice to the DT Representative indicating HR’s agreement or disagreement with the second proposal of DT, provided that if no such second HR Notice is so sent, the second proposal of DT shall be deemed agreeable to the HR.
