  • Notwithstanding Section 10(a), ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall not be liable to DT for any claim arising from or based upon the combination, operation or use of any ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Product or DT Product with equipment, data or programming supplied by or not supplied by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, or arising from any alteration or modification of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Products or DT Products.
