DT Note definition

DT Note means a Note issued by DT in the form attached as Exhibit "B" hereto as evidence of Advances under the DT Facility.

  • Any Additional DT Notes issued will have principal amounts, pricing, tenor and prepayment information for such series of notes to be issued as described in the DT Note Pricing Schedule, determined in accordance with Section 5.

  • All of the Advances hereunder shall be evidenced by the DT Note, under which advances, repayments and re-advances may be made, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
