DST Program definition

DST Program means the Company’s program to raise capital in private placements exempt from registration under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, or the “Securities Act” through the sale of beneficial interests in specific Delaware statutory trusts holding real properties, including properties currently indirectly owned by the Operating Partnership. ​
DST Program means the private offering relating to the Delaware Statutory Trust affiliated with the General Partner, in which the General Partner, through the Partnership, has acquired a 10% beneficial ownership interest and the Partnership has two exchange rights in which it can acquire additional beneficial interests in the Delaware Statutory Trust.
