DSRP means the Dam Safety Review Panel, an independent panel of experts on dam safety to be appointed by the Recipient as provided for in Paragraph A.1 (d) of Section I of Schedule 2 to this Agreement to advise the PMU, the Implementing Agencies and Implementing Ministries on matters related to dam safety and other critical aspects of dams, and to review and evaluate the Implementing Agency’s operation and maintenance procedures and recommend improvements where necessary.
