In the event a DSR Debit is made at a time when the DSR Account contains the percentage of the Full DSR Amount required pursuant to the schedule set forth in Section 12.16 hereof, the Interest Rate shall increase by 25 basis points until such time as the DSR Account is fully replenished by the amount of the DSR Debit.
Solely for the purpose of determining whether Borrower has met the funding requirements of this Section, but not for the purpose of determining the Full DSR Amount for the purposes of Section 12.17 hereof, the amount of any DSR Debit will be deemed to have been replenished.
