DSP Technology Platform means the demand-side platform (DSP) that combines various software, tools, data, and solutions for advertisers, and advertising agencies, to automate the process of buying and selling ad impressions in real time which includes Intellectual Property, source codes, Assigned Contracts, master services agreements, Seller’s first party data (including without limitation impression query and bidding data for auctions won as well as auctions not one, attribution reports indicating customer KPIs, uptime log reports, and similar data) and data rights, property, equipment, integrations and connections to other third-party adtech platforms needed for operation.
