DSL Services definition

DSL Services means Broadband ISP Services delivered via DSL.
DSL Services means those digital subscriber line services furnished by a Party. (3) Frame Relay Services - "Frame Relay Services" shall refer to Qwest's frame relay services. (4) IP Services - "IP Services" shall collectively refer to dedicated Internet access ("DIA") services, web hosting services, and virtual private network ("VPN") services (including, without limitation, network, customer premises equipment ("CPE"), dial and DSL). (5) Metro Backhaul - "Metro Backhaul" shall mean local services utilized to provide connectivity from Jato's central offices where Jato's DSL equipment is located to Jato switching centers in cities where Qwest's backbone service areas overlap. (6) Qwest Agreements - "Qwest Agreements" shall collectively refer to the Wholesale Agreement (as defined in Section 2.1(1)) and the IP Agreement (as defined in Section 2.1(2)).
DSL Services shall have the meaning given in the Recitals and shall include DSL Ingress Circuits and DSL Egress Circuits, as applicable.

DSL Services. The Company may offer and sell DSL services to its Subscribers on the following terms in those areas where it is available and supported by IKANO.
DSL Services means the services offered over the DSL System including but not limited to High Speed Internet and as per terms and conditions of the respective license issued to the DSL Operator by PTA;
DSL Services means Telstra Wholesale Broadband DSL: Layer 2 ' previously known as L2TP; Layer 2 Data ' previously known as BroadBand Xpress; Layer 3 Asymmetrical ' previously known as FlexStream; and Layer 3 Symmetrical ' previously known as CommerceStream. ER means effective information rate and is based on the PIR, SIR, MBS, PVC/PVP Service Class and cell delay variance tolerance. The ER of an Access Bandwidth will: equal the Access Bandwidth, where the Access Bandwidth is less than the Physical Bandwidth; and be less than the Access Bandwidth, where the Access Bandwidth is equal to the Physical Bandwidth.
DSL Services means the services as set out in the Service Order relating to the provisioning of an ADSL which Huge Connect obtains from Telkom;

  • BPO Services means Provider’s business process outsourcing services described in the applicable Solution Exhibit, whereby Provider assumes responsibility for Customers’ business processes.

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Legal Services means services of a legal or financial nature and includes any part of such services, and for the avoidance of doubt, includes (without limitation):-

  • Educational Services means educational training provided to Entitled Students at a School;

The intent is to provide a safe environment with staff assistance for individuals who lack an adequate support system to address current issues related to a disability.
