DSL Services definition

DSL Services means Broadband ISP Services delivered via DSL.
DSL Services means those digital subscriber line services furnished by a Party. (3) Frame Relay Services - "Frame Relay Services" shall refer to Qwest's frame relay services.
DSL Services shall have the meaning given in the Recitals and shall include DSL Ingress Circuits and DSL Egress Circuits, as applicable.

  • Customer warrants and represents that it owns the Customer Premises or Customer has received permission from the Customer Premises' owner to allow Sprint to make any changes to the Customer Premises needed to install Equipment and provide DSL Services to Customer and that the use of the Equipment space and associated facilities, conduits and rights-of-way comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, as well as any existing leases or other contractual agreements or rights of others.

  • Sprint will not be responsible for interference with the performance of DSL Services caused by Customer’s configuration of its xDSL Router.

DSL Services means digital subscriber line internet access services, which are offered by Affiliates of Seller.

ER means effective information rate and is based on the PIR, SIR, MBS, PVC/PVP Service Class and cell delay variance tolerance. The ER of an Access Bandwidth will: equal the Access Bandwidth, where the Access Bandwidth is less than the Physical Bandwidth; and be less than the Access Bandwidth, where the Access Bandwidth is equal to the Physical Bandwidth.

Related to DSL Services

  • Travel Services means transportation, accommodation or other travel arrangements including, without limitation, air, rail, bus passenger transportation, hotel accommodation and car hire services.
