DSCR Certificate definition

DSCR Certificate means a report in substantially the form of Exhibit B, certified by a senior officer of the Borrower, setting forth the calculations required to establish compliance with the Minimum DSCR Hurdle as of a specified date, all in form and detail satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.
DSCR Certificate has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1(d) of this Credit Agreement.
DSCR Certificate shall have the meaning given such term in Section 9.2.

Examples of DSCR Certificate in a sentence

  • The Historical DSCR set forth in each DSCR Certificate shall become effective for purposes of the Financing Documents on the fifth Business Day following delivery of the relevant Officer’s Certificate to the Administrative Agent unless the Administrative Agent notifies the Borrower that the methodology or any input or assumption employed by the Borrower in making such calculation is not satisfactory to the Administrative Agent in any respect.

  • Within sixty (60) days after the closing date of each fiscal quarter, the Borrower shall deliver an operating statement for the Property, a rent roll for the previous fiscal quarter, copies of Leases executed during the previous fiscal quarter, and a DSCR Certificate for the purposes of determining whether any prepayment, delivery of collateral or other action may be required pursuant to Sections 9.13(a) – (c) hereof.

DSCR Certificate means the certificate delivered by the Borrower to the Agent as described in Clause 18.9.3.
DSCR Certificate means a certificate in the form set out in Schedule 8 (Form of DCSR Certificate Debt Service Cover Ratio) or in any other form agreed between the Parent Guarantor and the Facility Agent.
