Use reasonable efforts to resolve any outstanding issues related to the 90-day letter,‌ but Architect-Engineer shall not be responsible to resolve outstanding issues to the extent others do not cooperate with and supply needed information or documents to Architect- Engineer within 60 days of Architect-Engineer’s request.
