  • Customer will be charged the following fixed monthly recurring per-circuit local loop charges ranging from $1000.00 to $1270.00 of DS-3 Service at 5 NPA/NXX locations mutually agreed upon by Customer and Company.

  • In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will be charged a fixed monthly recurring $1,440 per-circuit charge and a range of $6.00 to $7.00 per-circuit mile charge for domestic Private Line Service, based on DS-3 Service mileage.

  • In lieu of any other rates or discounts, the Customer will pay a per-circuit mile charges ranging from $0.70 to $3.50 and monthly recurring circuit charges ranging from $175.00 to $1,000.00 for Interstate Private Line DS-3 Service with Mileage Bands from 0 to 500.

  • In lieu of any other rates or discounts, the Customer will be charged a fixed monthly recurring per circuit IXC charge of $1,800 for DS-3 Service between 2 NPA/NXX location pairs mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the Company.

  • DS3 Service has the equivalent capacity of 28 DS1 Services at 1.544 Mbps.

  • DS3 Service is a dedicated, high capacity, full duplex channel with a line speed of 44,736 Mbps isochronous serial data having a line code of bipolar with three zero substitution (B3ZS).
