Drug Supplier definition
Drug Supplier means the supplier of the Specified Drugs.
Drug Supplier means a licensed retail pharmacy which supplies legend drugs to licensed prescribers for their office administration and/or which supplies legend drugs to hospitals and other licensed pharmacies for their dispensing.
Examples of Drug Supplier in a sentence
Prior to any sale, transfer or other disposition to any third party of the Drug, Supplier shall obtain the agreement of such third party that it will not use, promote, market or sell the Drug in the Field or resell the Drug for use in the Field.
In the event of unexpected delays owing to manufacturing problems associated with the Drug, Supplier will inform ORPHAN immediately and action to be taken will be jointly decided.
