Dropshipping means a supply chain management method in which the Customer transfers its End-Users orders and shipment details to PowerBody who, once the Product is purchased by the Customer, ships the goods directly to the End-User.

  • The Client may request at any time a Service upgrade (i.e. from Data Flow Service to Dropshipping or Enterprise Service, or, from Dropshipping Service to Enterprise Service) by means of written notice to be sent to the Provider at least thirty (30) days in advance; such notice shall provide not only the upgrade requested (Dropshipping or Enterprise), but also the terms of payment to be applied to the relevant fee.
